Return & Exchange Policy
1. Return Eligibility
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
To be eligible for return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- No signs of human damage or misuse
- Original packaging must be intact, including all accessories and labels
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Items that have been installed, used, or tested
- Incorrect model, specification, or wrong purchase by the customer
- Customized or special-order products
- Electrical items that have been powered on or used
- Items that are damaged, scratched, or altered by the customer
3. No Refund Policy (Exchange Only)
We do not provide refunds. All eligible returns will be processed as exchanges only.
If approved:
- Replacement will be provided with the same or equivalent product
- Applicable only for incorrect shipment or manufacturing defects
The company reserves the right to approve or reject any exchange request.
4. Exchange Conditions
Exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:
- Incorrect item received
- Product damaged during delivery or manufacturing defects
Customers must provide photo evidence within 3 days of receiving the goods.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer unless the issue is due to our error
- If the item is incorrect or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost
6. Disclaimer
The company is not responsible for any loss caused by improper installation, misuse, or usage not in accordance with product specifications.
