Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be new, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Service team by phone or email to request a return.
  2. Within 2 business days, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. After shipping the item, please provide us with the tracking number for efficient processing.
  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Refund Policy

Before Shipping

  • Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the goods have not yet been shipped.
  • Contact us by phone or email, and we will confirm your cancellation via email.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
    For bank transfers, please provide your bank details for the refund.

After Shipping

  • If the order is cancelled after shipping, we will refund the product cost + GST, but shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the items delivered were incorrect or damaged.
  • Refunds are processed within 48–72 hours after the returned items are received at our warehouse.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain products may be non-refundable. If your order includes such items, we will contact you prior to processing and provide the option to cancel the order before fulfillment.
